The package includes bottled water, soft drinks, lunch, the service of an English-speaking naturalist, an experienced driver/tracker, all taxes and fees, entrance fees to the national park, transportation by a luxury 4WD safari jeep, and free hotel pickup and drop-off from/to Wilpattu hotels and park entrance. Alcoholic beverages (beer) are also included.
Exclusions include gratuities (recommended) and anything other than what is mentioned in the inclusions.
A full refund can be claimed if a cancellation request is presented in writing at least five (5) days prior to the excursion date. No refunds can be claimed if less than five (5) days’ notice is given, although a full refund on entrance ticket costs can still be claimed.
